Q. Do paintings in your Fremantle shop come framed and ready to hang?
Ans.

Yes. All paintings in my Fremantle shop are stretched on a frame and ready to hang.

Q. What are the shipping costs?
Ans.

Australia wide (rolled in tube) - $20
Australia wide- metro areas (framed) - $80 
International (rolled in tube only) - $50

ROLLED IN TUBE: 
Painting is canvas only, and comes rolled in a plastic tube.
If you order multiple paintings you will only be charged the shipping on one of the paintings.
eg. order 1 painting shipping cost is $20
      order 6 paintings, total shipping cost is still only $20 (Australia wide)

FRAMED:
Painting comes stretched over a wooden frame and ready to hang. Shipping on each painting is $80. (Australia wide to metropolitan areas) If the shipping to your area is going to be more than $80 you will be contacted and asked if you still wish to proceed.

Q. How are the paintings packaged?
Ans.

ROLLED IN TUBE: Painting is rolled up into a plastic tube and sent as canvas only. Any framer can then stretch it onto a frame, or try doing it yourself.

FRAMED: The painting is bubble wrapped and packaged with wood to prevent any damage from occuring.

Q. How long does it take to arrive?
Ans.

Paintings usually arrive within 5 - 10 working days after the order is received. 

Q. Can all the paintings be rolled up?
Ans.

No. If the painting you have ordered can't be rolled up, your transaction won't be processed and you will be emailed with other shipping options. Only a few in the gallery can't be rolled up due to their texture.

Ans.

Please choose carefully. No refunds or exchanges. Please contact me for any enquiries.

Q. Will the painting be exactly what's on the photo?
Ans.

Please allow for slight variations as all paintings are hand done.

Q. Are they all hand painted?
Ans.

Yes. There are no prints here. All are hand painted.

Q. What kind of paint is used?
Ans.

Either acrylic or oils are used on the paintings.

Q. Are they on canvas?
Ans.

Yes, all are painted on canvas.
